Guests often appreciate the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre's convenient location, particularly for those attending events at the 3Arena or needing access to Heuston Station. The spacious and clean rooms offer necessary amenities, and some guests have even enjoyed surprise room upgrades. Many find the hotel a perfect spot for exploring the city center on foot, with a variety of buses also readily available. While some have found the beds a bit too firm for their liking, the availability of on-site laundry facilities has been a definite plus for many.

comfortable beds excellent soundproofing broken treadmill staff interest
Amy gave us room 413. She was cute. The room had a 'wow' FACTOR with three windows making it bright. The beds were comfortable, and the entire color scheme was relaxing. The room was very clean. There was excellent soundproofing from outside.
the gym is tiny. I can understand this because it is in the heart of downtown! There are only two treadmills, and both of them were down . There seemed to be no interest from the staff in fixing them. I had to go out and run in the rain every single day last week while I was there. Weather was not cooperating either.

delayed meal order unpleasant atmosphere
The room was clean, and the staff was accommodating.
The restaurant service proved disappointing. My meal order was significantly delayed. The food, when it eventually arrived, was undercooked. The constant sound of breaking glass nearby created a notably unpleasant dining atmosphere, impacting the overall hotel experience.

soundproof room comfortable bed nice view slow service no information parking ticket
the room was soundproof. the bed was comfortable. i had a nice view from the room also. the location was great, near the city center.
there was no information provided at registration. the service at the restaurant was slow, and it took 10 minutes for drinks to arrive. i also had to ask for my parking ticket to be endorsed, but learned that the hotel no longer does that.
